Responsibilities:

• Installations of rough ins of BX and low voltage wire, equipment and fixtures. 

• Taking measurement and estimating materials needed.

• Use of power and hand tools to cut and install materials.

• Collaborators with other trades, such as roofers, carpenters, and plumber to coordinate work activities and be willing to assist when the work does not exceed own limitations.

• Inspect damaged material and repair or replace as necessary. 

• Pick up materials from supplies as needed.

• Pulling wiring during ground preparations. 

• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of tools.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensure proper storage of materials and tools and disposal of waste.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license 

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

• Ability to work in various weather conditions 

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects 

• Knowledge with completing hazard assessments, inspections or the use of SiteDocs 

• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work tasks 

• Attention to details and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well in teams as well as independently

• Electrical: 1 years (preferred)
