Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape materials to fit the building’s interior, ensuring proper alignment and installation.

• Taking measurement and estimating materials needed.

• Installation of cabinets, moulding, doors, flooring, trim, plywood, and framework.

• Use of power and hand tools to cut and install materials.

• Collaborators with other trades, such as roofers, electricians, and plumber to coordinate work activities and be willing to assist if needed.

• Inspect damaged material and repair or replace as necessary

• Pick up materials from supplies as needed.

• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of tools.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensure proper storage of materials and tools and disposal of waste.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Previous experience in finishing carpentry

• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans

• Willingness to drive vehicles such as F550s and tow trailers as needed

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

• Knowledge with completing hazard assessments, inspections or the use of SiteDocs

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work tasks

• Attention to details and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well in teams as well as independently

Experience:

• Carpentry: 2 years (preferred)

• $20.00-$30.00 per hour
